Had a very complicated joint replacement in Dec. 2019. Dr Lawler completed the surgery with huge success. He also had one the best bedside manners I've seen in healthcare in 60 years. Calhoun County is very fortunate to have this man as part of our physician family here.

I have a long history of orthopedic injuries and have been to hospitals and seen doctors in Calif, Puerto Rico and now Alabama. Over the last few years, Dr Lawler has repaired a knee, a shoulder and done a carpel tunnel procedure for me and he is one of the best I've experienced. I'm a 58 year old and have started an exercise program with no problems to the repaired knee, shoulder or wrist. He's got a good attitude, is straightforward and doesn't make you wait for relief. I consider him my "Orthopedic Surgeon" without hesitation.

Best bedside manner I've ever experienced. He truly cares about me and my quality of life. And his staff is equally caring. Put my faith back in doctors. Been to many Dt's and he was the only one that actually listen to me and my concerns.

No waiting, he was friendly, empathetic, and very straight forward, which to me, is very important. Tell it like it is!

I suffered from knee pain for three months. I went to Dr Lawler for a second opinion. Within the first ten minutes he diagnosed my problem and set an appt for surgery. I've been pain free since the surgery. Amazing doctor with an excellent background and knowledge in his field.
