Dr. Jeffrey S Lipsky, MD

Dr Lipsky is thorough. He takes you at the time of your appointment or even if you are in the office a few minutes early. He listens to your concerns and asks you all the right questions about your issues and will even refer you to another doctor if he cannot help you.

Rude, judgmental, demeaning, rushed, inappropriate. Now I know why I could get in so easy. One appointment, you never go back.

This doctor literally saved my life.

The staff is unprofessional and rude. Dr. Lipsky seems like he doesn't care about the patient.

I called today to make an appoint for Dec 21, because I need to give my boss notice so that I can either leave early or late. I was met with nothing but a hassle. The staff would not let me make an appointment without my insurance being active and when I nicely said I didnt understand why that mattered I was met with nothing but rudeness. The lady I spoke to on the telephone I believe her name was terry, maybe toni, not sure was extremely mean. I told her she was very rude and to have a nice day she said WELL CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. Needless to say that is what I will be doing and never going to Dr. Lipsky's office.
