I did not experience the “wonderful, family like experience. Receptionist was rude, first girl who did first tests, without any explanation, was cold and distant. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes past appointment time, Dr Jeffery Lusk might have spent 15 minutes in room. This was after watching a sales pitch video about cataract surgery. All anyone seemed to care about was making sure we knew how much money to pay before surgery.
