Dr. Jeffrey Alexander Luty, MD

Dr. Luty is an amazing doctor, professional, and "counselor" to many of his patients. How dare you act as if successful people of Dr. Luty's nature, or caliber, are somehow immune or unable to succumb to life's beckoning demons. He is a human being. Addiction is a disease. His past, some his darkest moments, do not define who he is today; or if they do, even just a little, they are not his entirety. If we judge all of our brothers and sisters by their darkest moments and worst decisions, ALL of us would seem "a bit off". There is nothing wrong with Mr. Luty. He is kind, understanding, and works every day to help others struggling in the world of addiction. Shame on you. Dr. Luty saved my life. Help give me my life back. Thank you Dr. Luty!

Nervous and arrogant, odd personality .He made me uncomfortable. Very twitchy. Looked him up. He has not been licensed for 26 years...suspended for drug addiction. Now it all makes sense.

I recently left a clinic and the Doctors Family clinic was easy to access on my time and I saw Dr Luty twice and have been impressed with his thorough evaluation and reading of the chart and lab reports and he told me things my other physician never mentioned which is very important to my health and could have caused me concerns . He also performed an exam that noone else did to rule out possible concerns or problem . I am glad to have found this clinic and will return to see Dr Luty who is professional and also really takes the time to listen to a patient ! Thank you and thank you for the follow up

I took my son to the Doctor's Family Clinic, and we saw Dr. Luty. Dr. Luty was professional and courteous. He listened to my son's issues, and did an examination, including getting an X-ray onsite which did not take long. The examination ended with Dr. Luty prescribing for my son two medicines. One of the medications was for a condition other doctors (from a local HMO we used to go) for some reason ignored, and which caused him on-going discomfort. So would we go back to see him and use Doctor's Family Clinic? Yes.

Received substand care from a presumptious, nervous, full of himself doctor who shouldn't have had his license re-instated after Oregon Medical Board saw fit to take it away from him for a bad drug habit and his misconduct at the hospital he was working at. I do not recommend any patient go see this doctor.
