I had phenomena and Dr Mack would not see me until I got a Covid test, which I did at an urgent care, which came back negative. The urgent care gave me antibiotics. A week later my phenomena got worse and again Mack would not see me until I got a Covid test, which I did at an urgent care, which came back negative. The urgent care gave me a different antibiotic. The 3rd week into my phenomena I still wanted to see my primary care Dr, but he still would not see me. I ended up in the hospital due to Dr Macks patient neglect. If I could have seen a real doctor, in the beginning, I never would have been hospitalized. The Doctor oath is to do no harm, Jeffrey Mack did a great deal of harm to me by neglecting me in my biggest time of need.

He forgot that he asked if I was still on omeprozol and wrote a script for something similar that insurance wouldn’t accept. His office called and I told them I was still on it so they said to continue.

Dr Mack is a perfect example of what an excellent family practice physician should be, smart, kind, attentive, and an excellent diagnostician.

I recently changed PCPs after my other one left the practice. I was able to get an appointment and establish care within a week. During the first visit, I was impressed in his willingness to listen and discuss my medical history. We reviewed my meds and planned for the future preventive care. He applies evidence-based practice and combines that with a lot of common sense. I am really happy with my choice of PCPs. Elyse, the front office person was helpful, organized and kept the different patients moving. The MA was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoy the NW Allied provider group as a whole.

You can't go wrong if you pick Dr. Mack as your PCP. He is easygoing, personable, listens, and you get the feeling that he really wants to help with his patients' overall health. I'm extremely happy I transferred my care to his practice. His staff is friendly too, and the facilities are immaculate. Five stars. Enough said.

Prejudicial, didactic, and insulting.I stated to him problem Iwas having with a practice that I felt was trying to sway me away nfrom my PCP. This is common if that practice feels they can serve PT better..especially if PT has good insurance. Its just a sales tactic. Dr Mack said I was induling in "conspiracy theories " and suggested i go to behavioral health! For relating a common sales technique to swing PTs over? For the second time he claimed I was bipolar, even after receiving notice from a superior medical authority I,d seen fo 35 years: stating that was not true and that such a DX was defamatory. I have different mannerisms resulting from a toxic exposure that mimick bipolar. Mack admitted he has no knowledge of such things but never read or could not undertsand the DX/OBD stuff i gave him.This guy has some serious problems.This is my personal and professional opinion.
