Every single time I had an appointment with Dr. Mann I always waited between 15-20 minutes after the appointment time. The last time I saw him it was an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time before he saw me, and he did not even acknowledge the fact he left me waiting.

Botched my ankle surgery so will need to be redone... Practically autistic in his inability or unwillingness to talk to patients... Has large number of unhappy patients on Yelp and other review sites... Do not go near this guy

Dr Mann performed a total ankle replacement. His surgery was beautiful, perfect.I found him to be very responsive to questions, concerns and issues. He was very succinct in his answers. He has a charming manner and a subtle very funny sense of humor. Recommend him highly.

At every appt of my 6-7 appts with this physician, I have had to wait over one hour (once, I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes). I have a workers comp injury and I have no choice but to see him.His office staff is not consistent, one day, they can be very professional and caring, and the next day, totally not.I would not recommend Dr Jeffrey Mann to anyone because he lacks sympathy and caring. He never smiles or shows genuine care by words or actions. He acts as if he is in sufferance. Does he enjoy the interaction with his clients? I don't think so, perhaps he would be better to go and write a book by himself.
