Dr. Marotte saved my life. He's a skillful surgeon, on-the-mark diagnostician, and he has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr Marrotte had no idea what he had diagnosed me with 5 or 6 years ago. What tests were run to achieve the diagnosis he gave me. What symptoms I was having at the time. He had no idea how to treat my insistial cystitis, other than trying a catheter treatment that 'wasn't likely to work' he told me it would take up to a year to find real relief of any and ultimately I might need a artificial bladder and permanent catheter. REALLY? Read the internet! Do some research! Heck read my chart! Check with the ER doctor that you gave the diagnosis to over the phone. You NEVER told me what I had! What is going on in tat office@ I will say this THERE ARE SOME OF THE SWEETEST RECEPTIONIST AND OTHER OFFICE PERSONNEL THAT WORK THERE! They have been a blessing to know!

Checked on me during his time off to make sure I was taken care of in the hospital. Very compassionate individual and very knowledgeable in his field. Made sure that my husband was made aware of my situation at all times.

Got a call 45 min before procedure that neede to reschedule due to emergency. After working back in that day (due to under the prescribed medication) procedure completed only to go back in forth to try to get prescription filled. Not Walgreens fault, had a person just waiting to fill- unfortunately "Shannon" says "she doesn't like to call things back in when she knows it's been done". After letting her know it would be nearly two hours before I could drive back into town, she states it's fine. Odd how patients accomidated schedules yet no assistance from that side. Be ready for a long day for a 45 min procedure! ð??³

Called prescription of valium in to wrong pharmacy the day before. took two hours for them to get it straightened out.directed to take valium one hour before scheduled appointment but it was worn off by the time they called us back an HOUR AND A HALF AFTER WE GOT THERE. Wife had to wait five minutes to check me in because receptionist was chatting with pharmaceutical rep about their day to day activities. she then sent him back to talk with marrotte knowing appointments were already behind.

Had prostate removed with DaVinci Robot. Excellent service.

The front office staff are very nice and helpful.
