I love the clinic! There is little or no waiting time at appointments. When I worked, I was able to come well before work, so I didn't have to take time off. I appreciate being able to do my bloodwork right there in the office. Darcy takes his time, and I never feel rushed. Everyone is very kind, cheerful and efficient.

I appreciate coming to a doctors office where I am treated like a family. Your staff has always been friendly and called me by name. I love that you remember me and ask about my life and family. I never feel rushed, and if I have concerns I need to discuss, the staff has always taken the time to answer all of my questions. It makes managing my condition (RA) much easier.

After being prescribed a couple of different biologics by Jeff Mathews over two years, and treated with steroids, I decided a second opinion was in order. The new rheumatologist discovered that I was taking medications that just simply do not work for my condition. I was pretty much in crisis and had developed myositus which Dr. Mathews totally missed. He just doesn't listen to you. Say you feel unwell despite treatment and you are dismissed. He wants you in and out fast. The initial appointment he displays concern and listens, but once you are committed to him treating you, the attitude changes pretty quick. Office visits last five or so minutes and insurance is charged $276.00. Add on the labs for $124.00 and you're at $400 per month MANDATORY visit to get a refill. This doesn't include the cost of your meds. I would not recommend this doctor.

Actually I just referred a neighbor to your office yesterday. I have no complaints. I am always treated very kindly, it doesn't take forever in your office and all of my questions are always answered.

Everyone there is amazing. Dr. Mathews is one of the most caring doctors I've have a seen, and I have 5+ chronic conditions, so you know I've seen plenty. I'm a young male and unfortunately many clinics and doctors aren't so understanding. The fact that blood labs and x-rays and ultrasounds are done in their office and I've never had to worry about insurance problems is also an immense benefit. A+!

I work for Dr. Mathews, and felt the need to leave a review to help those who have been in his office as patients, and also those who are thinking about coming in to see him for the first time. Above all, Dr. Mathews is a wonderful, kind man with good integrity and an excellent bedside manner. Every decision that he makes he considers thoughtfully, and he always has the patient's best interest at heart. I've seen it time and time again. He sometimes cannot refill medications without the patient being seen by him or one of his Nurse Practitioners first, and that is simply because he is prohibited from doing so due to laws and regulations. He does anything and everything that he can to help every person who comes through his front door, and it is an honor working for him.

Only prescribed needed medication for one month. Refused to renew even to help bridge a move. Refused to talk to patient directly.
