Dr. Mathews was very courteous and professional and provided detailed information about the results of my exam. The office staff at the center were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back to them for my next procedure.

Dr. Mathews is the best! He Explained everything before & after the endoscopy. Nurses Mimi & Katie were great, as was the anesthetist.

Dr. Mathews was very personable, professional and caring when I had my colonoscopy. Introduced himself before I was taken for the procedure, answered other questions I had in the procedure room before starting and provided results afterwards in recovery.

These people are a bunch of circus clowns. The receptionist, "May," decided it would be fun to schedule me for the WRONG TIME and the WRONG DOCTOR, and also blatantly lie to me saying I could get a test done. I had to explain what multiple amateur-level words meant, including but not limited to, "rationale," and "necessity." Someone with a hardly stronger grasp of the English language then called me to tell me of May's completely abysmal failure to be a competent employee, though this employee was not much brighter it turned out. These people will jerk you around and waste an inordinate amount of your time. They will also call you a concerning number of times to make unauthorized changes to your appointment. I don't know what on God's increasingly green earth you are doing, Dr. Jeffrey Mathews, but I will never be a patient of yours or give you one daggum red cent. Figure it out!

My daughter and I love Dr. Mathews! He is a very caring and compassionate doctor and never stops trying to heal or improve how we feel. The stomach and its conditions can raise some complex problems but he seems to always find a way to improve things. His staff is very helpful, as well! I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Thank you Dr. Mathews!

The entire experience with the team was exceptional. The nurses were kind, knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Mathews was extraordinarily informative and walked through all my questions while providing insight and was also very kind. The nurses anesthetist was also very kind and helpful with the entire process. From beginning to end, I would highly recommend this practice.
