Dr. Jeffrey Alan Mckenna

I showed up early for my appointment with this Dr. After waiting for 15 minutes I respectfully asked the Receptionist how much longer it might be until I saw the Dr.She said she wasn't sure so I inquired whether it might be more than 20-30 minutes. She told me there was 1 patient ahead of me in the waiting room and 2 already in the examining rooms so it would likely be more than an hour. I had an upcoming call so that wasn't viable. I asked to reschedule and was told the next appointment was not for FOUR months. I later spoke to the Office Mgr. who said that's just the way this Dr. operates. I've been fortunate to see some GREAT Drs and not a single one of them ever expected me to wait an hour when I'm on time for an appointment.If I was an hour late, I wouldn't get to see him but he expects me to wait an hour?That is just blatant disrespect for me and my time. Good for him that he can get away with this garbage but he won't do it on my time.

Dr. McKenna is a rare find in the Medical field. Not only is he a great ENT, taking time to really understand the problem well before moving into the solution space, but he's also very personable which help patients relax and provide better feedback. Very thorough Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. McKenna for ENT problems.

Dr. McKenna is AMAZING!!! His expertise is superior and his personality is friendly and compassionate. His judgement is 100% trustworthy.

Wish all Drs.could be like Dr. McKenna. He listens to you, explains procedures thoroughly before and findings after, is knowledgeable, empathetic & communicative. Highly recommend.

Dr. McKenna is FABULOUS. Yes, it can take some time to get an appointment BECAUSE he's excellent! I too have waited until after my appointment time to see him. The reason he gets behind is because he CARES and takes whatever time is needed with each patient, which is a rarity today. I plan on extra time when I go in to see him and would happily wait for several hours if needed.

This office is notorious for disrespecting patients office. I had visited this office after reading online review. But after 6 visits, I gave up on them. They are always behind schedule by 30 to 60 minutes due to "emergencies". Jeff did not show up in the office twice. The RN Lynnette Lambert, who sees patients as well, did not show up at one appointment, and in another one came in late due to emergencies and were late for all the patients. I will not go back to this office again.

Wonderful doctor and person. Easy to talk to, very knowledgible,listens, has a great sense of humor, makes me feel comfortable and safe!

Dr. McKenna spends a lot of time with each patient. He explains every detail with patients. He friendly and easy to talk to. You have to wait awhile before you get into see him, but it is worth the wait. When it is your turn, he makes you feel as you are his only patient!
