I love Dr Merling. He's very intelligent and listens to my concerns with care.

Dr merling is the best.

I have never had a better Dr. then Dr. Merling.. truely one of best out there today.

I've been a patient of Dr. Merling for well over 10 years now, And all I can say is I have never had a better Doctor in my life.. It's hard these days to find a doctor you can trust, and I found one!

Friendly and personable.

The only BIG problem with the doctor is that he allows his personal beliefs to interfere in the way he treats patients. If you are a doctor you cannot shield under christianity and then not treat people who have drug abuse issues.

I like how honest, friendly and trustworthy he is. If you're uncertain about ANYTHING, he will explain it again without making you feel like you're a nuisance. He takes the time and actually cares! The only negative, the front office staff.. they should find a job that doesn't deal with customersâ?¦ Make it past them, everyone else is great- MOST of the nurses.

He goes out of his way to check on my problems and works with solutions.

I have been a paitent of Dr. Merlings for over 6 years now with multiple visits every year. Dr. Merling is one of the nicest and caring doctors I have ever met. I never leave his office feeling I was rushed or any problem ignored, the only place I see room for improvement is the billing office and the office staff need better communications with one another to stop billing errors which oocur.

Jeffrey W Merling is OK. No bad feelings for him. But the people in the facility is so rude! So do the people in their billing office. What they want to do is to get more money out of your pocket than it is supposed to be. They don't care what your situation nor try to understand you. All they want is money, money, money...... I keep receiving bills from them even 4 months after my visit. Argument with them is useless. I am extremely disappointment with them and will NOT go there again!
