Way to may things wrong with this practice to list. A filthy mold smelling office. I show up for appointment to start treatment on Cosentyx study, after four months on Humira which failed, and get a look from the coordinator like I had a third eye in the middle of my forehead; only to find out they screwed up my paperwork. Told to comeback in a month only to be told to come back the following month for start of Cosentyx injections in office with office samples pending insurance approval. I show up a month later wait three hours in the dirty waiting room, only to be told they don't have any samples, so no treatment this visit either, but you are probably approved and Big Pharma who will send the medication to your home. Come back in two months. Meanwhile the doctor wanted to inject my bone on bone knees with Synvisc and was offended when I told him no that I see an Orthopedist.

As a healthcare provider myself, I can not say enough good things about Dr Miller and his staff. Dr Miller is an extremely competent urologist and surgeon. He is conscientious, patient and has a very calming and caring demeanor. He will not rush you into any treatment and will help you explore all alternative therapies. If you have a urological problem, and are fortunate to have Dr Miller, rest assured that you will be in good hands and well cared for. Best healthcare provider I have ever seen.

By far the most incompetent doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have nothing positive to say about the office staff, nursing staff or doctor. If you are unfortunate enough to make an appointment here, pack a lunch and bring a couple books because you will be waiting 3 hours on a good day. Goodluck.

Plan on spending an entire day for your appointment. Never try to see Dr. Miller as a walk-in even though their phone message states it's okay as long as you check in before 11am. Even if you get there as the door opens at 9:30am, you'll wait all day. Dr. Miller is a great physician but he's behind schedule before the day starts.

His hands were all over my bud and rubbing without a nurse being present and proceeded to ask me to do the truqk shake my buddy. I knew it was time to leave I don't trwick

1 1/2 hour wait to see doctor on two visits. I am satisfied with answers I got from him. However, he ordered 3 tests, 2 were not necessary - he didn't even need to review results because bloodwork told the story. The office needs a good cleaning, better yet a renovation. No issues with the staff. I think they are all overworked & Doc is over-scheduled.

I have been seeing Dr Millet for more than 2 years. He was right on his diagnosis since the first time he saw me. He spends lots of time with me. You might have to wait a little time to see him, but is worth it.

Then most thorough Dr. I'v ever seen. If he can't find the problem ,it can't be found.

Can't get a return call or help even though I was told numerous times they could and would assist me. Ricky supposedly is the only one that can help me and even though he said he would, it's been over 10 days and still nothing! Dr Miller seems pretty good, concerned and wants to help....his staff however, is extremely rude, lazy and unwilling to treat a patient like a customer.
