Dr. Jeffery Michael Moll, MD

Absolutely the WORST inpatient "psychiatrist" I have ever met! He will belittle and berate you at any chance he gets. He cuts you off mid sentence and does not care of your experiences, feelings, or expectations of care. He hides beind a mask, door, and treatment team. Does not interact with patients unless he has to. Will avoid any contact with them outside his "office". If you care for your mental health and desperately want to better yourself do not let this quack of a "psychiatrist" treat you! Put down the Sigmund Freud books and update your reading list

The doctor lied about practically everything! He abused me in the system!

Does not respect or listen to his patients in the slightest. Seems to enjoy pushing your buttons to get a reaction and is quite sadistic. In an inpatient setting, you can imagine how this can go south. Do not see this doctor and expect to be treated like a human being.

Very pompous and critical. The medication he prescribed did nothing. If I good give zero stars I would.

I am just stunned after meeting this guy. I had to see him because my office currently does not have a doctor so he has been filling in. My appointment kept getting pushed back and pushed back and of course during this time I had a crisis. I kept asking for an earlier appointment because I was in desperate need of a medication adjustment. I called to see if I could get an increase on one of my meds and after the nurses talked to the "doctor" he didn't change or do anything. I had to wait to see him in person. I read a review online before hand with someone having a bad experience with him but then I also read a positive review so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I have been treated for mental illness since I was 12 so I have seen my fair share of therapists and psychiatrists. He asked how we were doing (my husband came with me because it had reached such a critical point by that time) I said we were recovering from the day before which had been extremely bad and… upsetting and he asked more questions about my relationships with some people and I told him some of these were long stories (I would be unable to convey what happened in 2 minutes) so he told me to give him an abbreviated version. I told him and then he started being critical of a decision I made in regards to my mother. She had hurt me recently and again I told him the abbreviated version. He started arguing with me about it. I understood what he was saying and I would say, "yes I understand but.." and he kept cutting me off and seemed more interested in proving he was right and I was wrong instead of focusing on the bigger picture. I just wanted my meds adjusted, if I want to get into discussions about my personal relationships I see a therapist already for that. I didn't ask his opinion about my relationship with my mother and I didn't need him judging my feelings as "wrong". I feel the way I feel about it and I'm not going to change my mind because someone who I met a minute ago thinks I'm being unreasonable. He could have argued with me for an hour, it would not change my perspective. I got fed up and left the room. I waited outside for awhile while my husband remained inside. I wasn't crying or anything just annoyed. I finally went back in to ask my husband if we could leave. This guy continued to antagonize me and then accused me of antagonizing people! He made a belittling comment to gaslight me I guess and then when I refused to stay and talk to him he threatened to "302" me. I said I wasn't hurting anyone. It was just so bizarre I have never in my life met a psychiatrist who operated like this. I mean we came in and just told him how bad things were and we were emotionally raw and he decides it's a good idea to judge and criticize my feelings after a minute of talking? It was the strangest thing ever, I don't get the thinking behind that. I ended up staying just to get my meds and I told him exactly what I thought of him. Judging, criticizing, presumptions, belittling, threatening and gas lighting will what you will experience if you deal with this person who calls himself a "doctor." Way to handle mentally ill patients moron.
