Dr. Jeffrey Riley Morris, DO

I injured my right knee while working in 2014 and Dr.Morris and his staff took great care of me. fast forward to 2022 and he repaired my left knee and both repairs are going strong. Dr. Morris is a true professional and a gentleman.

The nurse is rude and doesn't act like she cares about the patient.

I have been seeing my OS for over 10 years!

Horrible staff when you show up expect to wait a few hours when you get surgery expect to be misinformed on what procedure will really be performed if they say a pin or screws then expect a steel plate instead don't let them put you under or you. Will become a guinea pig

My experience with central states was very negative. My wait time for my appointments was more than an hour each time. The office staff was uncaring and inept at their jobs. I received a request from my disability insurance for an update on my condition. I advised the nurse and she assured me she called, long story short she never called and my disability coverage was suspended. I have had to call the office multiple times to check status of the update...now the insurance wants it in writing ...I am going to the office today and pick up the form and fax myself.....this is completely ridiculous considering I have a broken ankle!!!!!!

I was very pleased with his staff and the time he took to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anybody who has knee issues.
