Dr. Jeffrey Thomas Najor, MD

This doctor has serious integrity issues. He billed me for services that I did not receive and refused to reverse the charge. He submitted a fraudulent claim to my instance company then expected me to pay the difference. I had to contact the state of Michigan Attorney general in order for him to reverse the bill. I do not recommend him to anyone.

To be clear dr. Najor is a nice person. But his new office is disorganized and the receptionist sometimes seems to have an attitude. I'm sure he'll get it together but for the time being I have to be honest based on my experience. Also, he seems to rush through visits and there's no way to review my billing or records online.

Dr. Jeff Najor is very clean, organized, and professional. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. His wait time is anywhere from 10-15 minutes. I switched my primary care doctor to Dr. Najor, due to the fact that I had to take the whole day off to visit the office. I am so happy I made the switch and came to see Dr. Najor. He is very congenial and listens to your complaints and concerns. He makes you feel very comfortable and as a patient, I felt I was in good, capable hands. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking primary care.
