I had to wait several minutes in the room. But, when Dr. Nau arrived, he did a thorough examination of my nostrils and determined that I had a staph infection. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with my visit.

My daughter’s situation with her tonsils was a little complicated. We weren’t sure if we should go through with surgery or not. Dr. Nau was very patient and answered all of our questions and explained risks and benefits. He didn’t try to push us one way or the other. Very professional and kind

Saw me for nose bleeds. Very professional. Addressed the issue however, I have not received the prescribed medicine. Would recommend him. Negative comment: from the reception area, all staff members were on their personal phones except one.

Dr. Nau is an amazing doctor and very knowledgable and compassionate. My daughter had tonsillitis and was MISERABLE. Dr. Nau was our calvary. I would and will highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.

As a first time parent, I was overwhelmed with my daughter's constant ear infections,and sleepless nights. My pediatrician recommended Dr. Nau, and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff were friendly, and Dr. Nau and his assistant were so great with the care of my child,and very comforting.. Her ear was cultured, and his nurse gave me a prompt reponse on the antibiotic she needed to take. As of right now, things are much better in my house.

While the doctor was friendly, the staff WAS NOT! The girl at front desk says nothing ohter than fill this out and I need your insurance card & id. Not helpful or friendly in ANY way! Seriously need training. I work in a doctors office and NO WAY would anyone put up with that! Its MY money I am paying- so I am not just a number. In addition, waited 1 hour and 23 minutes to get in a room and another 20 before dr came in. Upon leaving and making another appt. the nasty front desk girl said maybe two words and was hateful!!! I do not and WILL NOT go back to this office location
