I don't believe Dr. Neale nor his team are interested in helping me heal my gastrointestinal issues. They supposedly referred me Tampa General to accommodate my request of using a non-invasive MRI instead of a colonoscopy (after a bad experience with my last colonoscopy). Tampa General has yet to call me two weeks later. When I call Dr. Neale's office, I get the runaround to call back next week (two weeks in a row). Tampa General is several hours away. Why refer me so far away when there are plenty of places nearby that can perform the MRI? My theory is because MRIs do not generate revenue for Dr. Neale or the hospital that colonoscopies do. BEWARE!

I like that he is direct and tells it like it is. Talks to me so that I can understand. All the confidence in the world in him as a surgeon.

Personable, professional, precise. He speaks plainly, gives you the facts, options and gets it done. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Neale. Steve T.

dr. neale was curt and didn't listen or answer my questions. I felt rushed and like a nuisance to him. Not at all happy with this dr.

Dr. Neale and his staff are very professional, knowledgable, and kind. Our 91 year old mother has been through quite a bit, and we 5 siblings to our mother knew that Mom felt like she was his top priority when he was one on one with her. Mom is extremely comfortable with Dr. Neale and that's what matters to us.

This doc has no concern about your time. Waited 1 hour for appointment and left. Reschedule new appointment waited 1and 20 minutes. Reschedule again waited half hour , performed his duties, wanted money on the spot , I have cigna insurance, paid . Over billed me 100 dollars. Took 5 months to recover money.not what I would call a professional environment. Good luck.
