Dr. Jeffrey Scott Nelson, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Nelson specializes in family medicine and hospice & palliative medicine, bringing comprehensive care to patients across the spectrum of health needs. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Sciences and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee. With 12 years of experience in practice, Dr. Nelson has developed expertise in both primary care and end-of-life comfort care.

Dr. Nelson practices at multiple locations throughout Memphis, Tennessee, including University of Tennessee Family Medicine Saint Francis, Regional One Health, and Regional One Health Outpatient Center. He treats patients with conditions such as closed head injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and iron deficiency anemia. His approach includes coordinating physical therapy, strength training, and outpatient rehabilitation services to help patients recover and maintain their health.
