Dr. Jeffrey Scott Nelson, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Nelson is a family medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative medicine. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee. With 12 years of experience in practice, Dr. Nelson brings extensive knowledge to caring for patients across all stages of life.

Dr. Nelson practices at multiple locations throughout Memphis, Tennessee, including University of Tennessee Family Medicine Saint Francis, Regional One Health, and Regional One Health Outpatient Center. His expertise includes managing high blood pressure in both adult and pediatric patients, as well as providing care during cardiac emergencies. He performs diagnostic procedures such as chest X-rays and chest fluoroscopy to help evaluate patient conditions, and also handles minor surgical procedures like nail removal when needed.
