Dr. Jeffrey Scott Nelson, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Nelson is a family medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative medicine. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee. With 12 years of experience in practice, Dr. Nelson brings comprehensive expertise to both primary care and end-of-life comfort care.

Dr. Nelson practices at multiple locations throughout Memphis, Tennessee, including University of Tennessee Family Medicine Saint Francis, Regional One Health, and Regional One Health Outpatient Center. His clinical focus includes managing high blood pressure in both adult and pediatric patients, as well as treating cardiac arrest situations. He performs diagnostic procedures such as chest X-rays and chest fluoroscopy, and also provides surgical nail removal services for his patients.
