Dr. Jeffrey G Ogden, MD

I refer lots of people to Dr. Ogden. First, he is prompter than his older reviews. He is very thorough. He has a wry sense of humor some people misinterpret. But most important, he solves complex medical problems. He is very bright. He has the heart of a teacher and explains things well. He spent a long time with my husband the first time he saw him. He downloaded all medical records, read them, printed them, interviewed my husband thoroughly, did lab work and then formulated a plan. Took hours, but if you want concierge medicine like that it is hard to find or you will pay dearly. He is one of a kind. He really cares.

Sure, go see this doctor if you have 5 hours to waste. He doesn't care that he made me wait even though I sat in the room for 2 1/2 hours, and called him on it. When I said I'd been in the from for 2 1/2 hours, he said, "I know"! He lectured me and told me everything I was doing was wrong. Horrible bedside manner. The only thing he has going for him is his PA.

He seems thorough but every visit is mostly waiting to be called back then waiting in an office for the doctor to show up. He need to manage his time better so appointments are not just when the patient show up, but so does he.

Dr. Ogden is a very knowledgeable doctor. After seeing several other doctors and not getting the help I needed. I went to Dr. Ogden. In the first appointment he looked over my history and the lab results that he ran he knew exactly what was going on with me. Prescribed a treatment. With in the first week. I started feeling great. Thank you Dr. Ogden.

Dr. Ogden is an excellent doctor for both my husband and me. He stays current on medical information and technology, has a delightful bedside manner, is patient, kind, and considerate, and takes the time to explain exactly what is happening and what options I have. Best doctor I have ever had!

I found this doctor to be rude and unprofessional, making fun of my questions in a sarcastic manner and dismissing what the previous doctor had prescribed for me. I moved away two years ago and he is so desperate for patients that I got a telephone call telling me to come in for an exam. I even changed health plans so as not to have to use him.

He is one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. He makes you wait for 4 hours for your visit just to spend 5 minutes in the room with you. He runs labs on you that are unnecessary to pad his pocket book. And he insists on doing the labs before seeing you. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a REAL doctor.

I feel as if I have finally met a doctor who can comprehend my multiple problems. He evaluated me, discussed my issues, and recommended medication and lifestyle changes for me. I feel like I know how to control my diabetes and what to expect. I highly recommend this doctor.

Excellent - takes time to listen to the patient and diagnose.

Even though you have to wait a long time, it's worth the fact that he takes time with your health, to give you your best care, where other Dr's, just get you in and out...so worth the wait!!!
