Dr. Jeffrey C. Olson, DO

I have never been so comfortable with a doctor before. Dr. Olson is the best.

This Dr has lied ! His staff made me cry, saying I couldn't be seen because I owed 150$. I got a letter stating I was no longer a patient. I was in shock ! I'm a Gastroenterology technician of 25 years. He was extremely mad when I confronted him about calling my psychiatrist and stating I had no polar. Me , my psychiatrist, and therapist laughed so hard . I've been with my psychiatrist fo4 15 years . I do not have bi- polar. He over steps his boundaries. I guess I got kicked out because I confronted him face to face ! I couldn't even hold my laugh in..

I would like to say, as a patient I have been treated very poorly. He just sent me a letter stating I am no longer a patient at his office. This Dr has called my other Dr to tell him he thinks I have Bipolar ! I am 48 years old and in THERPY since 16 years old and never told I had bipolar . I then made a appointment to confirm him and all he could say was " my friend is a psychiatrist and I spoke with him about you and he agreed " needless to say my psychiatrist and myself laughed very hard about that accusation. I have had the staff tell me I could not be seen because I owed money. I have witnessed the office manager , as I was at the front desk checking in the female at the front desk said Erica Rodriguez is here and would like to speak with you. She shook her head put her hand up and said o god tell her I'm in a meeting. The girl was embarrassed, I said don't worry I heard it ! I said it's ok just let me be signed in to see Dr Olsen thank you . I have been treated very poorly. What… Dr discharges a person when they are in the process of trying to figure out medical what is going on. He told me he thinks I have 2 different autoimmune deficiency's. I would think very clearly before you become a patient . Many things were said and done to me. I am writing this for patients just be aware. Open your eyes and pay close attention otherwise he will make you feel like you have multiple medical problems . One last thing, when calling the office make sure you are prepared tfor the phone to ring for 14 and put on hold for anoter 40 minutes or so, other than that " You are in great hands"

Dr. Olson listens, he and his staff get back to me promptly, answers all my questions, and actively manages my chronic conditions. he and his team are efficient, kind and capable. I can’t thank him and the staff enough.
