Dr. Jeffrey Michael Owen, MD

Now that he has his own private practice, the quality of service has gone down hill. Every time my family members and myself have had lab work, ct scan, xray's etc, have to call over and over to get results. His staff ALWAYS blames everyone else but them selves for not having results ( I have even called Lubbock Radiology several time myself for results that Owens' staff say 'they never received' and LR tells me the exact day and time they faxed results to Owens). have complained numerous times...to no avail! Went in one time with a list of stuff that had been wrong with me (had even been in ER for 12 hours with these symptoms), Jeff jerked the paper out of my hand and said and I quote, " I don't have time for that"!! We are done and moving elsewhere!!

Went in with my parents but he didnt seem to care that we had concerns about my mothers failing health. Didnt take the time to listen or address our concerns. Waited 2 hours after our appt time and tgen were rushed out with no results or answers to our concerns. Very poor patient care.

Jeff is a caring, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy.

Dr. Owen is a good physician, but his team is definitely not up to par. Constant communication issues and lack of proper follow through by his team.

DR OWEN IS SIMPLY THE BEST

I would not recommend Dr. Jeff Owen. His staff was great but he did not help my condition.

Absolutely excellent physician. Staff is delightful. Short wait time. Superb care.

I would highly recommend Dr. Owen as a primary care doctor. He is very thorough and will order only those tests necessary. He is comfortable with referring to another physician as needed.

I always try to get the first appointment of the day so I've never had to wait long. He has a great staff. He appears bright, knowledgable, and down-to-earth but definately under the gun to get in and out quickly. Oh well, part of the deal these days. . . time is money. He is a very nice guy.
