I have been a patient of Dr. Parcells since he started his practice and consider him not only my doctor but also my friend. I don't mind having to wait to see him if it runs past my appointment time. That's because he takes his time with his patients instead of rushing in and out like so many doctors nowadays. He has cut back on his workload since he is over 70. Wouldn't you?

This Dr instructed his resident to prescribe me medication with a potentially dangerous interaction. When I objected to and asked to speak with him he would not give me the courtesy of a conversation, after waiting 5 weeks to get in. Obviously this Dr sees patients as little more than a paycheck

Been a patient of Dr Parcells for years and always enjoyed him as my doctor! But over the past few years it has been getting pretty bad anywhere from prescriptions getting delayed to appointment waiting time getting out of hand!! I have to schedule another hour of my day just for the waiting to see him! My appointment will be at 9 and I won’t see him for another half hour after sitting in a room for a half hour!! Today I had an appointment for 915 and Dr Parcells was talking with another Dr at the time I checked in. After a half hour of waiting past my appointment time I asked the receptionist how much longer and that I have to be out of there by 1030 and she said “they are waiting for a room to open up that it should be a few more minutes” [mind you my appointment was at 915] and he was still standing there talking to the same doctor!! A few minutes later the receptionist asks if I want to reschedule my appointment!! There was hardly any patients in the waiting room at all and now… they want to reschedule because he can’t be professional enough to see his patients in a timely manner! I will be looking for a new doctor that believes that their time isnt more important than ours!

worst Dr and staff I have ever seen. They don't listen to their patients and how they feel. Make you wait for an hr for a simple appointment . Never on time. Employees are rude and nasty when you try to get an appointment, or especially a referral.

Dr. Parcells has been my doctor for over 20 years. He actually CARES about his patients. It may take a bit longer to see him but that is because he is taking the time necessary with each of his patients. I brought my mother to see him. My daughter sees him and so do my grandkids. We all think he's the best! I only hope he never retires--at least until I'm gone and that may take awhile as he keeps me healthy.

Great family doctor. Easy bedside manner. Easy to talk to. Takes time with each patient. I've been his patient for over 20 years
