Wouldn’t let me back with my daughter who was scared of the IV, the nurse was extremely rude about it. I would have left on the spot if it weren’t for my husband making a scene.

I love Doctor Payne! If it was possible I'd make him my primary doctor. He's such a kind and caring man; I was never disappointed.

Dr. Payne's expertise and manners are very good, but his office staff seem unprepared to manage his customers'/patients' insurance cost expectations. Staff had advised that the initial consultation was "fully covered" by insurance, confirmed again at the appointment, but I was later billed for more than 50% of the cost. This was not resolved after discussing with the staff member who advised me, nor after escalating to Dr. Payne himself. This 'bait & switch' billing practice should not be acceptable in a highly-trained expert medical field.
