Dr. Jeffrey A Penman, MD

I've been a patient of Dr Penman since 1995. He delivered both of my babies (both C-section). We totally enjoyed both pregnancies and deliveries with Dr Penman. He moved his office from Logansport to Lafayette, and I continue to see him as my GYN. He is a wonderful person, very caring, SO informative and attentive. He has always thoroughly answered all questions, and has never made me feel rushed. Now I'm doing the pre-menopausal thing and he is so patient, and explains the options available to help me deal with this not-so-pleasant period every woman faces. I wouldn't hesitate to send my daughters or friends to Dr. Penman. I will be so sad when he decides to retire some day.

Dr. Penman was my doctor while he had an office in Logansport. Before I became his patient, I was a patient in a different office with other doctors, but their diagnosis, bedside manner, and office wait time could not compare to the excellence of Dr. Penman's. Dr. Penman is missed in my community. I have not had a gynecological exam since he left. I just don't have the confidence in other doctors that I had in him.Your community has been given an asset, I hope patients appreciate it.

Dr. Penman is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and nice. He is one of the few doctors that actually treats people with respect and compassion. He listens to your wants and needs and fulfills them to the best of his ability. I have nothing negative to say about him or his staff.

This Dr. was privately recommended to me from a nurse at a local clinic after she found out I was frustrated with the cold bedside manner of a female doctor in the area. I had been suffering for a long time from severe pain but did not want to risk going to another non-caring doctor. Pelvic exams are not exactly most women's favorite thing to experience. Dr. Penman was very professional and conducted a thorough interview while doing the exam. My focus was not on being examined but rather answering the questions. The surgery he suggested was exactly what I needed. I have been living pain free for 2 yrs now. I highly recommend Dr. Penman for your OB/GYN needs.
