Dr. Jeffrey Howard Pinsk, MD

Dr. Pinsk is the best physician I've had in my more than 70 years on earth. First, he is extremely knowledgeable; second, he is very experienced --especially in dealing with seniors. He has "seen it all" and is able to interpret one's symptoms into finding the deeper cause of a problem. Third, he listens well and solicits the information he needs to treat the patient. Example- today he saw my wife who was experiencing fatigue, leg pain, and other symptoms such as an elevated blood pressure. Dr. Pinsk concluded the real problem was an adverse interaction from a new prescription that interfered with existing blood pressure meds. Less experienced doctors may have missed that and thus would have ordered a battery of tests that were unnecessary. Dr. Pinsk has a deep wisdom developed over decades from his knowledge of medicine and experience of treating hundreds (probably thousands) of patients. thank you, Dr. Pinsk!

I love Dr. Pinsk and his entire Staff! From the cheerful front desk to Brian his PA AND Dr. Pinsk himself everyone is courteous and kind and compassionate and empathetic. I have never been given such special and direct care. Any questions I have, I never feel rushed. My husband, our daughter and son switched to him as well, he knows about homeopathic remedies and pharmaceutical remedies that he uses to help us feel the best we can feel. He is thorough and the nurse before hand always takes time to ask the right questions . We could not be happier with this practice and am so grateful to have a Dr. and practice that actually cares so much and really wants his patients to live the best life they can live. So grateful for Dr. Pinsk, his staff and his adorable little mascot that cheers up the whole office??

I was referred to Dr. Pinsk by friend. The difference in Dr. Pinsk and my former Family Dr of 20 years is incredible. He is knowledgeable and caring. He spends as much time with you as needed. He is not owned by any health organizations. Dr. Pinsk is an awesome Family Doctor. Thank you Docta Pinsk!

I am ultimately always the person in charge of decisions made regarding my healthcare. Most times there will be "gray" areas. Dr Pinsk is the VERY best resource I can have to assist me in making that best decision. He will go every single last mile with me until WE achieve the best result for ME. I am highly particular and can not recommend this particular doctor higher. I'm one lucky patient!

**!! WARNING !!** ~!! STAY AWAY !!~ Unless you would like to become dependent on or addicted to prescription drugs, STAY AWAY! Dr. Pinsk is simply not to be trusted and does not care for patients of their families; he only cares about getting a steady check from refilling prescriptions and taking payments from the insurance companies for "monthly check-ups". Dr. Pinsk has been "treating" a family member for the last 6 months for anxiety and depression due to a traumatic incident. This ultimately led him to prescribe DOUBLE the daily recommended dose of Xanax, and he instructed my family member to remain on it for FOUR TIMES the recommended time frame. After consulting with three other independent doctors as well as the FDA, they were all shocked and told my family member that was not appropriate. Upon trying to get off of Xanax, my family member immediately started having strong withdrawal symptoms; vomiting, inability to sleep, heart palpitations, and pain in the chest.… After learning of this, I confronted Dr. Pinsk and his staff, only to be told that "she is not addicted", that the dosage was "medically acceptable," and that they were "frustrated" with me. To think, a doctor frustrated with a family member trying to look out for the well-being of their own... Finally, I was able to convince Dr. Pinsk to schedule an emergency appointment for myself and my family member, for whom I am the legal medical guardian. When we arrived, Dr. Pinsk refused to let me into his office. I told him I simply wanted to develop a medically supervised plan to ween my family member off of the Xanax in a safe way to not cause any further withdrawal symptoms. He then told me I was trespassing and he would call the police if I did not leave his property. This is not acceptable behavior from any sort of a doctor and shows what Dr. Pinsk's true intentions are: He DOES NOT care about the patients, he just wants to keep them dependent on drugs and on his "medical advice" as long as possible to keep sucking their money and money from insurance companies. I have already filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine, but please do yourself a favor and DO NOT SEE DR. JEFFREY PINSK.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pinsk for well over 10 years. He is, by far, the best doctor I've ever had in over 70 years. He is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, treats me with the focus and attention that all patients want and deserve. Dr. Pinsk truly cares about this patients. He has given me excellent advice on exercise, diet, vitamins, and medical treatments over the years. He has a great deal of compassion, especially for patients with chronic pains. He is especially adept in dealing with older patients. I am grateful that I initially located him when I moved to PA in 2009. Dr. Pinsk has also been the primary doctor for my wife---she has also been his patient for over 10 years and is very satisfied with his treatment.

This practice is a joke!! They don’t know what they are doing. They are all rude. You wait for Atleast 20 minutes to be seen for a whole 30 seconds.

I have been a patient for years with dr. Pinsk. I know medicine has taken a turn for the worse, and as a result we get less time with our doctors ....we get less Hands-On care. The annual check-up is a joke and the staff is surly an unresponsive. This practice should have retired years ago.

Transitioned to this doctor after my pediatrician and I’ve never experienced healthcare as dedicated to personal needs as this, this man has personally helped me come to conclusions and ends that any other doctor I have has never took the time to do, thank you good doctor.

Dr Pinsk is registered as one of PA's medical marijuana doctors. Since I was recently diagnosed with cancer and wanted to start taking THC/CBD oils I met with him. During our visit it was evident that he had no clue what he was doing as it related to this new program. Amongst other inaccuracies, he told me that the state of PA had no mechanism for allowing doctors to certify patients yet. He said he'd call me when they do. The next day I called the state and found out he was 100% wrong. I called his office and let him know expecting him to thank me and to certify me right away. Instead, after multiple days of back and forth with his assistants as "Go-Betweens", he finally called me himself. Despite the fact that without my persistence and research he would still today have no clue as to what the process is, he asked me to come back in for a meaningless visit and $200 cash or a check. Then he would certify me. I told him that if he had already known the proper process… during my first visit and asked me for $200, I would have gladly just paid it and moved on. However, since I had done a weeks worth of legwork and literally had to stay on top of his office staff for a week to persistently educate him on how this program works, and since the state told me that him and all other doctors in this program should have already known this, I told him that I didn't think I should have to go out of my way and waste my time with another doctors visit, and spend the extra $200. I told him that since I basically educated him on a process that he was supposed to have already know all about that the least he could do for me was THANK ME and certify me right away without trying to collect any more money from me or wasting any more of my time. That's when the lying started. He claimed that he already knew the process. He claimed that the pamphlet he handed out that day stated everything that I had educated them on ( It doesn't). He claimed that I hadn't educated him or anyone about anything. I was literally in shock when he said these things! They couldn't have been further from the truth! I then called him a liar and asked if he remembered saying, " I'll call you when the state gives us a mechanism in which to certify our patients. Until then there's nothing I can do for you.". That's when he hung up on me. He couldn't take somebody standing up to his lies and telling him how it really is. Despite the length of this paragraph, this is the short version of this story. This was the most unprofessional, inept, lying doctor I've ever been associated with. I shouldn't be surprised after seeing the state of his lobby and office. Almost everything I saw looked dingy, old and outdated. The fact that there were ZERO people waiting in the lobby at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday Afternoon should have been a sign for me to just turn around and leave. I wish I would have....
