Dr. Jeffrey Allen Potts, MD

When calling Dr Potts office in Bay City, I continually get a recording to leave a message and they will return my call. I find this quite upsetting and unacceptable. If I call with an issue, I want to speak with someone at that time, not wait several hours for a return call. My husband & I have been with Dr. Potts since 2005 and were told by him at that time, he would be available when we needed him. Due to the phone system, I feel this is not true any longer. As I visit the office, I continually find new staff. I question the competency of the staff is this is a recurring issue. I would like to see staff who are familiar with me and my condition when I call or am seen. I hope things improve and soon.

Emily decided just looking at my husbands shoulder was enough when he came for his well check and the insurance wanted a different code. I asked while in the room why he didn't get a physical and he did not address my concern. Dishonest! She will not change a code and now we owe money.

Nice doctor. I've had him for about 7 years and have no complaints. Very kind and well mannered.

Exactly what I could hope for in a family doctor.

Office staff is rude and stigmatizing, like to give their opinion where it is not needed. Dr. gave me the run around for almost three years with little to no help and blew me off as nothing was wrong, where I found out without his help.

As you wait in your exam room you can hear the doors open and close like a drum cadence and he talks to each patient.. its like line work at some plant.. hey everyone has to make a dollar right, but when he comes in the room and says ok, yea well your urine looks good, and you have not peed in a cup for one so you sit there and wonder whose chart is he reading from.. yea gives you pause for concern

He is one of the best doctor in michigan. He cares and is lighthearted. Thank you Jeffery potts

perhaps he has a problem with elders or with patients who want to be informed and part of the treatent team. He made numerous mediation prescription errors. Didn't look at medical history. Impatient. Does not answer Questions. Does not respond to phone calls.

I recomend him to everyone. He gets right to the problem by LISTENING and then asking questions. There is no lets try this or lets wait and see. He has helped me every time. Even with an ear problem I had for 5 years and two specialists. That was it, my Dr. forever..Thank yor Dr. Potts
