Need to know what treatment is available

I've been going to Dr. Pravda now for a couple years. He did my back surgery, and I have no complaints about him at all. He is an amazing doctor. However, Linda, who works in the office, is the rudest and most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. She should not be dealing with the public, and forget trying to resolve any issue or getting an intelligent answer about anything from her. If it wasn't for her, I would've given this practice 5 stars, but she makes the rating go down.

He is the most wonderful doctor. He cares very deeply about his patients. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He will spend enough time with you in his office to explain things to you in the language anybody can understand and he makes sure that you understand everything before you leave his office. Can't get any better than that.

Does not listen - walks away in middle of conversation. Will not be returning.

had a hip replacement, absolutely no pain at all always made time to see me even if he was running late.

Dr. Pravda is a skilled surgeon who treats patients with respect. He is an amazing doctor.

It is almosy impossible to contact anyone in this office. I called complaining of severe pain at 9:00am. I got a return call at 5:30pm. I had complications from a broken wrist that he did not even question. All he kept saying was "You broke a bone. Its supposed to hurt". When I went crying to his office, he presribed Lyrica for nreve pain. I changed doctors and had two additional surgeries to correct what he never even saw. Here it is, 16 months later, and I still need more surgery because Pravda didn't have the time to listen to my complaints and investigate the problem. The man should have his license revoked.
