I only saw this doctor twice, he perscribed a new drug without giving me proper instructions on how to use it. When I called his office to get the proper instructions when it was filled I was told to follow the label instructions?! by the receptionist. When the drug failed and my sugar spiked above the meters ability to read it I called for emergency instruction by the doctor and the receptionist said he was unavailable. I called again twice more over two hours with no response to my crisis. Epic and almost fatal fail.

Very kind and caring. I know doctors don't have much time to spend with each patient, but he did seem to sincerely care for my well-being and the time spent seeing me gave results. That's what really matters.

I've never had any issues with Dr. Punim and he was very willing to work with me on my treatment instead of just demanding I choose a specifc course of treatment. He made me aware of all the options and pros and cons of each one. He never dismisses my concerns and always makes sure to answer any questions I have before our office visit is over.

My title should give you the first clue. This "doctor" should go into another line of work. Terrible bedside manner and doesn't listen to a thing I had to say. I would do better going to a free clinic.

I went to this doctor because I had a change in my insurance. I already knew my diagnosis because it's a long term problem but he wanted to do all new tests. I'm ok with that. What I'm not ok with is that he does NOT listen to what I have to say. He already has pre formed opinions and sticks with them no matter what. In my opinion, this man is a terrible doctor and should not be working in the private sector! The office staff is rude and he will not issue ANY medications if you have an outstanding balance. Run from this "doctor"!

This endocrinologist put me on a wrong dose of thyroid medication. My lab results went through the roof and I felt horrible. He saw me for 5 minutes, whipped out a prescription pad, never looked to see what my original dose was, and wrote some random minimal dose. When I went back, he said he didn't know why my results were the way they were and didn't know why I was feeling so bad. He told me sorry he couldn't help me. He has to be the poorest excuse for a doctor; his medical license should be revoked; he's actually dangerous to the average client. His office staff is extremely rude; they told me I had to leave because I didn't have cash only a credit card to pay my copayment.
