Not only is Dr Ragland slow in providing service, so is his staff. It has been like this since the beginning, of I wasn't paid in full, we would have left a long time ago. Bad all around service

If you are looking for an orthodontist for your children, or even yourself, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Ragland. The office atmosphere is inviting and well cared for. They make them you feel comfortable from the time you step in the door. He and his staff are phenomenal with children. He genuinely cares for his patients which is reflected in his work.

Always is running late for appointment. We rush to get here and then 15-30 minutes late every time. Even at 7:30 in the morning, every time.

Dr. Ragland is simply a phenomenal orthodontist and I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. All of his staff are kind and gentle and Dr. Ragland is both very good at his job and very good at connecting with his patients. He manages to be efficient, but not brisk, easygoing, but not flippant, and he knows how to interact well with both kids and adults. He knows how to put people of all ages immediately at ease and never fails to put the best interests of his patients above all else. Plus, if a former patient is ever in need of re-treatment, he only charges the cost of materials, he doesn't get paid for it.
