Dr. Jeffrey Thomas Rapp, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Rapp for years and all the sudden his office won’t answer any calls, I leave voicemails with no response from his office. I have sent multiple messages trying to get anyone from the clinic to answer on their Klara app they now use to communicate with their patients. I don’t know what is going on with his office but don’t count on them to be there for you when you wake up in agonizing pain and try to schedule an appointment. If you do choose him as your Doctor, don’t ever ask for more than an injection for pain, they will fire you as a patient. Seen it happen, and watched the fall out after the patient left the office. The front office began talking bad about the patient and their request for help with their pain. Got to sit in the waiting room and hear the whole story of that patient’s office visit.

He is nice until I tell him I'm still in pain after back injections. He got rude stood up told me king term pain ineds are not good. And find a doctor besides him if u dt agree.

He has been the best pain doctor that I have had in 5 years. He sat down and looked at my MRI and showed me what is wrong and where I had surgery. He explained how and why I am still in pain. He was very concerned and careing. He answered all of my questions in detail. He doesn't beat-around the bush. For a doctor, I enjoyed my visit with him.
