I did an endoscopic brow lift in July with Dr. Rawnsley and I couldn’t not be more pleased with my results! I was nervous to do it at first, not knowing if it would look natural, but I’m so happy I wentt through with it. It’s just exactly the subtle lift I was looking for. I don’t look so tired all the time and I feel more youthful looking. He made the process very easy. I definitely recommend him for facial surgery.

Unfortunately it did not work.

A few weeks ago i had my Rhino/septoplasty done with Dr. Rawnsley and all i can say is WOW! I am SO thankful and happy with the results. Prior to going to him i did SO much research on different surgeons that can fix both my broken septum and the overall appearance of my nose and Dr. Rawnsley is the one that i trusted my face with. My nose looks perfect for my face now, it looks as if i was naturally born with a cute nose! What i also love about Dr. Rawnsley is that he isn’t only a great surgeon he’s also such a great person! He has a very comforting and calm presence. Also, everyone that works in his office are always super sweet and friendly! Such an amazing and flawless experience!

I’m African American, I was so nervous at first to get my rhinoplasty because being African American our nose is different , but I found dr Rawnsley he explained everything to me about the procedure , I felt safe and confident, he didn’t do any drastic change to where I wouldn’t look like my self , I’m 3 weeks post op and I love my nose , he’s the best definitely would recommend going to see him. His staff is amazing and understanding.

The first and only time I visited Dr. Rawnsley, I was asked to sign a consent form. I explained to his assistant that I was not having a procedure, but she coerced me. The doctor himself was also quite rude. Do not go to this doctor.

Dr. Rawnsley is thoroughly professional. He and his staff are thoughtful, friendly, really make you feel cared for. I've never waited more than a few minutes before being seen. His follow up care is excellent and Suzanne is always there for you when you call with questions. Great doc. Great office.

I am so happy with my surgery results. After thinking about getting my nose done for years I am so happy to have taken the plunge with Dr Rawnsley. Highly skilled, talented surgeon, results are so natural looking and exactly what I wanted. I look like me.. only better! Thank you Dr Rawnsley!

I started losing my hair at 18...It went very very quick from there. At 22 I decided it was time to stop praying rogaine and propecia would grown my hair back. Like anybody in this day in age, I took to the internet to research my options. I was immediately very excited when I saw what hair restoration could do. Of course, you will see alot of people that claim they are the best. I then checked with trusted doctors and family friends in the area to figure out who would be a good choice. I met a few people, but Dr. Rawnsley was a no-brainer. However, you need to do your research as many people are just dermatologist that do this out of their office building; Dr. Rawnsley does them at UCLA Hospital. Even though this is not a huge procedure, it is still surgery and I felt it comforting being at UCLA. Dr. Rawnsley is simply the best. He is not only a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon; he is trained in aesthetics and microsurgery, as well as head and neck surgery. Just his… training and education puts him leaps ahead of his competition. I had two hair restoration sessions and went from very little thin hair to literally a full head of hair. It is incredible. Honestly, the best decision I have ever made in my life. Dr. Rawnsley is very professional and exceeded my expectations after my consultations. He is an artists and takes time on every single follicle to make sure they are flowing with the rest of your hair. I know he is an artist because every time I get a haircut now, I ask the stylist if they knew, and they don't have a clue. It still amazes me that someone sifting through your hair can have absolutely no idea you had a procedure done. I had two sessions with about 2,500 grafts each time. The session is about 5-6 hours and uses local anesthesia, you feel no pain, just like someone is touching your hair. You can watch TV, listen to music, talk to the Dr. and nurses in the room. They bring in lunch for everyone, your choice from the local area by UCLA. Then you go home, sit on the couch and relax. There is minimal pain for which you are prescribed medication. Dr. gives you special shampoo and medicine for your hair to improve the healing process. You go back to get your sutures out 8-10 days later (which are covered by hair, you literally can't see). Then you have a follow up 6 months later. Growth starts around 3 months and by 6 months you are in full bloom. 100% of the growth takes place by 1 year, but 80% should be there by 6 or 7 months. It is worth your time to go and meet Dr. Rawnsley, he changed my life!

Would recommend him highly to anyone. Wonderful and approachable. Made me feel at ease from the moment I came in for my consultation. There are some imperfections, minor but noticeable to me, these are things that you deal with in any surgery, but am very satisfied with the outcome of my rhinoplasty. Getting elective surgery is more mentally challenging than anything else. Dr Rawnsley did a great job but after the surgery I felt sad simply because I looked different. Swelling went down over the course of a year which is how I healed some people heal much faster. It's all very stressful but dr r always made me feel at ease and his assistant was also very helpful.
