Jeffrey M. Rimmer, MD

I am not a patient of Dr. Rimmer but I am related to someone that is his patient. I have never met someone with the deplorable bedside manor this man has. He cuts you off while you're talking and makes you feel your questions are irrelevant or insignificant. The person he's treating has a life threatening disease and is young. NO question is a bad question, ever. He may be good at what he does, but I would never recommend him to another renal patient that needs kidney care. This patient has been experiencing pain for over a week. Dr. Rimmer feels he's getting better and doesn't feel he needs to order a CBC or a scan of any kind. Yet, he hasn't spoken to the patient or seen the patient, this was all relayed through his nurse. He has never followed up with this patient either.

Extremely knowledgable, great at explanations, not only did he follow up, he called BEFORE I saw him to be sure I knew what was going on.

Dr. Rimmer is knowledgeable, with many years of experience. He takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, and I feel comfortable that I am receiving proper care from him. His staff is helpful, for example they called me at one point to see how I was adjusting to a new medication, which I appreciated.
