AVOID THIS OFFICE & DOCTOR. Patient for over 10 years and was told by some rude lady over the phone that Dr. Riney and Lisa signed to dismiss me as a patient?? Always paid my balance, never missed appointments and never bothered ANYONE. Show up up on time, left quietly and got along with everyone EXCEPT the terrible person on the phone, NOT the receptionist, Teresa. I loved Teresa. Other reviews similar in circumstances suggest discrimination against Medicare patients by the billing clerk?? No idea who this rude person was, no introduction ever, never met or interacted with her in person only on the phone maybe 2-3 times. EACH INTERACTION WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS AWFUL. She is the most nasty, vile and vindictive, viscous woman. Yells. Talks down to & does not do her job. Refuses to allow messages to be left for the doctor or for Lisa and gives zero cares. Interesting that this site says "accepting new patients" yet Medicare patients are being dismissed and thrown out without a care,… without a warning or even an opportunity to refill monthly prescriptions beforehand. AVOID THIS OFFICE if you want to build a long lasting relationship with you doctor. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICE and they will leave you in a frantic panic. Terrible.

No reason as to why, no explanation, no opportunity to ask questions or even refill prescription medications beforehand. Was simply told (by the nasty lady on the phone I have never met) that they were no longer my doctor. Never a cross word with the doctor or Lisa and loved Teresa at the front desk. Never missed an appointment & always paid my balance. Several other reviews with similar circumstances suggest discrimination against Medicare patients. Interesting that this site says "accepting new patients" but yet those on Medicare are being dismissed and thrown out like trash. AVOID THIS OFFICE. They will leave you high & dry without warning, scrambling in a panic.

I've been with Dr Riney probably 15 - 20 years or more. He always greets me eye to eye. He never takes over the conversation. Instead, if I have a list he wants to know what's on my list. Or he asks how I am and then allows me to speak and he listens! Then he does a thorough exam. He asked me once to see my feet and ever since I have my shoes and socks off and my pant legs pulled up and my feet resting on a couple of paper towels, which his nurse showed me how to do. And he thoroughly examines my feet for swelling and pulses. He's come up with some great ideas and solutions to some of my many problems. He has communicated with some of my other doctors, even discussing who should care for certain of my medicines. He also has an APRN-Board Ctfd. for women's or regular care. And he actually has some real RNs working with him to take our B/P the human (not machine) way & to ask what our problem is and to go over our med list - someone who understands things. I've… recommended a number of folks to him through the years and all have him still as their doctor. He has saved my life by admitting me to the hospital when I needed admission and by sending me to the right referral doctor. He's a happy fellow who has lots of kindness & patience to go around. And he disinfects his hands!

His office does not overbook appointments. This allows Dr. Riney to spend time with his patients and have minimum waiting time. He is a compassionate,christian, family man with caring attitude. He has managed my chronic illnesses better than my last three physicians.

He took over Woody Burrows practice when he retired. Dr Burrows was a very caring doctor, and he passed that trait on to Jeff.

Most knowledgable doctor I've ever known.
