Dr. Jeffrey Bruce Rockoff, MD

They are good but; the medical staff act as if the PT are morons. One RN will say call if the injection site reacts to the size of a quarter, while another will say the size of a golf ball. Does that mean a lump? When the PT becomes confused because what they really mean in diameter only they actually talk to at you as if you're a child. Perhaps they should be more clear if its that important? Dr. Rockoff is the same, yells threats at Pts. I am embarrassed for him when I hear him yell about other PT. He isn't the only allergist. Considering a new office if the yelling continues.

I was a patient here for 8 months. Nurses are amazing but it’s not worth the TERRIBLE staff. They treat you awful, talk condescendingly and made scheduling my weekly shots a nightmare. They obviously don’t communicate because every week they would ask me the same question about who to bill to. I’m a pretty patient understanding person but I literally left in tears at my last appointment because they’re so mean.

I have never been to an office where almost everyone is rude! My child has life threatening food allergies and they are consistently rude, don’t do what you ask them to, can’t follow simple instructions and act like when you ask a question you are putting them out. Don’t go .....even the most patient person would walk out frustrated!

This office is absolutely the worst at customer service with children!! Trying to get appointments with them for both boys who are already patients is like trying to schedule a meeting with the President! GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SURE!!

Did not like the staff. Period

The office staff is rude and at times uncooperative. The PA is abrupt and not friendly

was happy with this doctor at point but now trying to get a prescription without seen him for 3 months is impossible why my kids suffers at home with asthma we will be switching doctors

Dr. Rockoff spends a lot of time with his patients and explains everything in depth using the available charts and models in the office. When he's not sure about something, he lets you know. His staff is kind too. I would not recommend the PA. She is not a pleasant person to deal with.
