Dr. Jeffrey E Rodzak, MD

Replacement of IUD for Menorrhagia. Like others, I research my doctors online and to say I was concerned based off some of these reviews would be an understatement. I addressed these concerns with the intake nurse, as well as Dr. Rodzak. I’m THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. RODZAK. He gave a thorough run down of the procedure beforehand, answered any questions, and during the procedure asked for consent at each step. He was detailed and made sure I was both mentally comfortable and as physically comfortable as possible with such a procedure. I have zero complaints and I’d recommend him! Further, he’s exactly the doc you want for a first visit, IMO. I wish this is who I saw at 18!

Kind, knowledgeable and with excellent skills. Took the time to answer all of my questions completely. I’m so pleased my doctor asked me to consult with him. Will definitely be returning to see him again in the future!

Just had a first appointment with Dr. Roznak. He was fabulous! He took so much time to explain my condition and alleviate any fears I might have had going into hear results. I confidently and highly recommend him.

Dr. Rodzak took the time to listen to my concerns and issues and was able to prescribe a treatment which cleared up a condition I had been dealing with for several months. I was very comfortable with him and his staff.

ZERO STARS if I were allowed. I would never recommend this man. He is condescending and arrogant. That's the nicest thing I can say about him. A year ago, I went in for a consult for a suspected uterine polyp. I was made to feel that I had few to no options for treatment. He recommended that I seek surgery sooner rather than later and have an IUD placed during my surgery. I wasn't allowed a second opinion unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. I had questions because I had some symptoms that were more consistent with fibroids and endometriosis. So I asked what if it's a uterine fibroid and not a polyp? If it was a fibroid and considering my symptoms, would my best option be an IUD or are other treatment available to me and better? My questions never got answered and I felt pushed into a corner due. Rodzak insisted he was correct in his diagnosis. During my consult, I asked about pain related to a procedure to which he responded that none of his partners had ever complained.… While I wanted to assume that he meant colleagues, I had that sick feeling in my stomach that he meant otherwise. Women know that feeling when they are subjected to acts of microaggression. A couple of weeks later, I had my surgery and it turns out it was a fibroid. He said post-surgery that he wasn't sure if he should have inserted the IUD but since he couldn't ask me (I was under general anesthesia), he inserted it. My husband was at the hospital for my surgery and Rodzak never consulted with him. He also failed to consult with me even after I asked him at our consult. Fast forward a year, I'm having complications with my IUD and I went to my primary today to have it checked out due to symptoms. She recommended that I have it removed. After two attempts (she even brought in another physician), they couldn't remove it. UGH. Now I'm off to a gynecologist. I'm hoping no surgery is required but trust me, don't see Rodzak.

Did an outstanding job of diagnosing our daughter's condition. He was very thorough with pre and post op visit with us. Very professional, wonderful bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

Doesn't care about his patients. I don't recommend him.

Dr. Rodzak was not my OB doctor during pregnancy, but he was the doctor on call when I had to be induced. He was not a warm doctor at all. Even worse, he was very rough with his examination, and even treated me somewhat rudely. He said he was going to check my cervix for dilation and effacement, but instead he gave me a very rough exam. He even stripped my membranes without giving me any warning what so ever. It was incredibly painful. Also, when my contractions started getting very painful after being induced (I had terrible back labor as well), and I was in pain and trying to manage by breathing and moaning, he said something to the effect of "this is just the beginning, it's going to get a lot worse so keep that in mind as far as pain meds go," the worst part was his tone, and the fact that he threw in a "honey" somewhere in there... and not in a kind and caring way.
