Dr. Jeffrey Scott Rogers, DO

Horrible, 3 to 4 hr. wait. Over worked staff. Dr. Rogers in 03/2023 just decided he wanted to quit. He left his patients without medicine and no one to write scripts. Just abandon his patients. He doesn't deserve the title Dr. He left his staff to deal with the aftermath of his selfish decision. This man is unethical and could care less about what is happening to his pain patients. He is what they call a "friendly" doctor. He works for himself where he wants. If you see his name on a surgery RUN.

He severely injured me with an epidural that went wrong,then dismissed me.I suffer everyday,no relief,I tried to take my life because pain meds. Don’t help pain.

Today's visit with pa cheryl seibert was a horrible. She kept asking me the same questions about what I was going for pain. I said nothing worked. Mind you already jumped threw the hoop or countless physical therapy appointments that didnt work. Year of pain. And what ever else. So my frustration got the better of me. Cheryl got mouthy back and talked to me the way she herself didnt want to be talked to. She then told me that she was not going to help because of the way I spoke to her. She raised her voice at me to explain I cant talk to anyone anyway I feel. Mind you I had been in pain for a tear finally gotten to this point. Then my pain kept me up all night before my apt so I was already in a frustrated mood. These people here take one bad day and make a decision on not helping you. AS MEDICAL DR. I apologized for my frustration but it didnt matter. They said they would not help me. This is a pain clinic they should understand being frustrated and in pain. Guess they never had a… bad day. In case your wondering code of ethics for pa primary responsibility is the health safety welfare and dignity of alln being. Failed. . No help and talked til me like a child by scorning me. Pa should always act in the best interest of their patient. . Failed.... pa have an ethical obligation to see that their patient receives appreciate care and should be sensitive to belief and expectation of patient.. wow so failed. Unless you have a bad day right dr Roger's who could have allowed me to see another person or a second chance but refused. Guess he doesn't have bad days either. So leaving this here as well as other places. Sure the news would like to be aware as well as my insurance the board and social media I will be posting to make others aware. Thanks for nothing you perfect people

Very bad experience, only seen doctor one time in over a year. On one visit, Zach said my pain was all in my head, two visits later he denied ever saying it then kicked me out of the office. I felt like he didn't really want to hear what I had to say, I felt intimidated. Would not recommend this place.

It was not their policy to label urines. The office staff lied and continued to lie to cover up their mistakes! Dr Rogers also gave my son an injection and did the injection on the wrong side of his back! Staff is very rude and will lie to cover up their mistakes!

Was released due to the offices unprofessional practices. Dr Jeffrey Rogers staff is horrible and they will lie to cover themselves! They do not care for your health whatsoever!

This company and that's what they are is a company! They have absolutely no compassion for human life! They rush you in and out and they do not listen to your concerns! They do not label urines because they have too many patients and they get urine tests mixed up with others! I was told it wasn't a policy and wrote the medical board and demanded to have my records changed! They then lied and did not change my records after I was told they would! Stay far away from this clinic! They will ruin your life!

We were told there would be a $150 fee for having injections in left and right side of back, all done on the same day instead of doing it one side per visit. After procedure was done, they said we still "owed" $225, and this must be paid before additional services could be given. We paid this, but stipulated that after this we only wanted to have procedure done as Medicare said would be paid for, completely, without us having to pay. They waited until my husband was on the table then asked him something like, "Wouldn't you like.. " or "Don't you wish..." you could have both sides done on one day? He said yes, then they later wanted $375 from us - again - and threatened to charge us $520 if we didn't pay up on the $375. We refused and told them not to threaten us, that we were going to report them. They desisted. We found another doctor who said Medicare does pay for second injection in one day, just not as much, and he said at his own practice, he does not ask patient for any… additional money. We're sticking with doctor #2.

Was referred to Doctor 3 months ago by Dr Bennet sent 2 referals with no calls and unable to reach the office as they don't return calls. Horrible office if they can't get the intial appointment right what else are they not doing?

Dr. Rogers is a great pain management doctor.He has a bad staff and he is so busy he doesn't realize how bad his staff is or what they do behind his back. One time I waited 2 weeks for a preauthorization for pain meds. It takes about 5 - 7 minutes to complete the form. I was actually having withdrawals from not having the medicine. I also had Dr. Rogers for an anesthesiologist. He was wonderful in the Recovery Room. He took the time to make sure I had no pain when coming from under the anesthesia. I had cervical spine surgery. In fact, I don't think I would want to go through another surgery without him taking care of me. The tragic thing that ended me still seeing Dr. Rogers was one of his receptionist or whatever she was, was at his Little York office (which I had only been there once). I pulled off of I.70 and was winding around on my way to his office and someone hit my vehicle in the rear end at a stop light. The man who hit me didn't want to call the police and make a report. I… didn't have that much damage. I think a mark on my bumper but I didn't know about underneath the bumper. He had insurance (after talking to the agent). I called Dr. Rogers office and told this lady that someone had hit me at a stop light just down the street. She talked like it was okay but if I were much later I might have to RESCHEDULE. I told her I would come to my appointment when I finished with the accident. The man who hit me.gave me his insurance information, phone number, address, and etc. I immediately went to Dr. Rogers office. The lady at his office said she would check to see what he wanted to do. Well he said not to reschedule me that he wouldn't see me anymore. I was shocked to say the least. I told her to explain about the accident and that I couldn't help it. She said he was in a bad mood and wasn't going to say anymore. I tried to call him and he wouldn't take my calls so his staff said. About 7 - 10 days later his lady called me (the one who escorts you to your room) and told me to come to the office that Dr. Rogers had my prescription ready, for 30 days, so I had time to find another doctor. When I got there they had my prescriptions at the front desk. I asked to talk to him and they said he was doing procedures and couldn't be bothered. I waited for an hour and I knew he wasn't willing to talk to me. Since then, I had my neurosurgeon call him (it's been 3 years) to see if he could get me an appointment. The answer is still "no". She was late for her appointment. I feel like I lost a good doctor because of the lady up at his Little York office and I truly believe she didn't explain that I had been in an accident. Of course, he believed her because she is his staff and an employer is expected to stand behind their employees. He just doesn't realize that his staff will lie or do whatever to cover their butts. The last time I was there, he needed to fire his whole staff. I wish I still had him.
