The Dr. Is good. Staff is the rudest ever! Two days before my appointment I called because I had to stop all antihistamine for 5 days before the appointment, I had spent all weekend waiting to call because I was itching all over non stop, broke out in hives, severe asthma was worsened, I was miserable. I called as soon as they opened on a Monday. They couldn't see me sooner than Wed. That's ok, I understand that. So, I asked to speak with the nurse to see if there was ANYTHING I could take to help as I was scratching myself raw and so wheezy. Patches me back to nurse, she asked if I was a new patient, I said yes. She didn't say anything else and sent me back to front desk. Front desk said, "You have to wait until Wednesday." I said, "You can't even give me advise on what to do about my itchiness and hives until then? Its your office that asked I go off all antihistamine." She just bluntly said no. Now during this very short conversation she acted as if I was annoying her by calling.… Her voice was very blunt and rude, the nurse wouldn't even talk to me. I was willing to wait until my appointment, I just wanted advice for my wheezing, itching, and hives since they said I have to be off antihistamine! I was so miserable it put me in years because I had dealt with scratching my skin raw all weekend anxiously waiting for Monday so I could call, and I got shut down with no help as soon as I did call. No compassion for patients at all.

I totally agree with the other post about the staff!.... The most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. From the front desk, medical staff to the billing Dept. My children will never go back and I will find a welcoming and professional doctor and staff who cares about their patients. To the staff, if you hate life or your job that much, then do something positive with it ... You are a damper to many !! shame on the doctors for hiring and keeping disgusting people like that also.

I used to see this guy in the late 70s and early 80s. When he would examine me he would always press his goddamned crotch firmly into my right knee every visit. He is a disgusting pig! Once I was old enough to change doctors I didn't hesitate.

Hi, Dr ..I wanted to write to you regurding your staff. I have been there numerous times and reguardless of the day the staff that you have working for you always seem to have an attitude. Whether is the woman greeting you for an appointment to getting an injection. The woman giving the injection always huffs and puffs like you are always inconvienencing her rarley smiles. The receptionist that greets you for appointment always ignores you while you stand there waiting to be checked in, she is always on facebook or texting and she looks up at you like you were bothering her. I get tired of that and I have heard other people say the same. I just wanted you to know this because I have a business as well and I would want to know. I always have wanted to say something during my appointment but I never have the chance to talk to you without a nurse in the room. I must say on a good note everyone from the back door on is wonderful and have always been nice and caring I appreciate that… very much.

I would reckrmend DR.Rosch to any one that I meet.
