Doctor Russell is a wonderful doctor and a man with a big heart. From my family's experience he is willing and able to help those people who are turned away at other offices. He seems motivated by the desire to help and not just a paycheck. If you are seeking a caring, competent doctor, you need to go see Doc Russell. He will take good care of you and your family.

I don't have a normal doctor, and I have a problem that just cropped up. After seeing him (and many other doctors), we came to a misdiagnosis... and then later no conclusion. He criticized me for seeking a second option, told me I should be happy that they can't figure out what's wrong with me, and told me he didn't want to see me again, find another doctor.Upon talking to my friends, he told one that they were having stomach pains because she was overweight. Less than 12 hours later, she was in surgery getting her gallbladder out.Do not go to him under any circumstances. I saw Dr. Russell in his new Coldwater office, for about 3 months. He had me have an emg, ekg, mri, all kinds of tests, which I believed were necessary. But when he send me to physical therapy and I went to the first visit and they told me what Dr. Russell wanted them to do to me, I didn't finish. I thought it was over the line and didn't feel it was necessary for my problem. Then he discharged me from his practice for not finishing therapy. No conversation about it, no questions about it, no opportunity to explain myself, just sent me a letter. Hows that for a 'caring' individual. I thought we'd built a relationship and it was a horrible feeling to be dropped like that I wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone. He is cold, unfeeling and selfish. I hope when he comes up for trial they take away everything important to him. And it hurts like he hurt me.

I was intoduced to dr. Russel by a good friend of mine who has seen him for many years. I can see why my friend is happy with his care..dr. russel has listened to my needs and has met all of them with out pressure to do it his way or no way type attitude like ihave received with other doctors. With all that we have talked about we have always come up with ways to get me taken care of and I couldn't be happier. as for his staff I can say I have always been treeted with the most up respect, wich is not always the case as for other doctors and staff I have seen befor. I thank dr.russel and his staff for all they have done.

I have known Dr. Russell for years and noticed that he has changed personally and professionally. Get your head back where it belongs. You use to be a wonderful doctor, It seems you are woeking just to pay the bills.

Dr. Russell has been my physician for well over a year and I truly believe that I am in very competent and caring hands. I am always treated with the utmost respect, kindness and understanding. I do have some specific health issues, of which he is very knowledgable and I feel that he is current and up to date about. Yes, I would highly recommend him to others and I have done so. His staff is very courteous and professional.

Dr. Russell and his staff(Toni, Kate and Amy) are excellent. They found out what my problems and treated me immediately. My first month visit and I became pregnant. They monitored me for 10 weeks during the pregnancy which made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Russell and the Staff to everyone.
