HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don’t go here!!!! 20 days, 10+ calls and 3 voicemails on the nurse line later and NO results in spite of my symptoms still recurring. Incredibly disappointed in the service I’ve received and will advise any patients in need of dermatological care NOT to come here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Dr. Scales is an excellent Physician. He professionally displays respect, patience, and attentiveness. During his consultation, he invites participatory input from patient and/or caretaker. My family- daughter, mother, and me - have been highly pleased with our medical visit and resultant services from Dr. Scales and staff. B Chadwick

I went in as a first time patient today to get something removed as well as ask some general questions about other skin concerns... I am extremely satisfied with the care I received. Dr. Scales answered all my questions thoroughly, listened to all my concerns, and did an excellent job with the procedure. It was quick and easy. The staff was also very friendly and easy with scheduling. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Scales for future dermatology consultations.

Scales seems like a nice Dr but underwhelmed with his care. Barely looked at the problem, ordered medicine through a pharmacy we had never heard of and even gave their printed flyer. Office is crammed with drug advertisements. Everything here screams conflict of interest.

To keep it simple and sweet - Dr. Scales has some of the best dermatology care in N.C.

When it doubt - Get it checked out! Thank the lord Dr. Jeffrey Scales had an open slot on his calendar for me to come in and get a diagnosis.

The wait time was worth it. As a black person, I greatly appreciate that there is someone in the area that I could take my family to.

I have nothing but superb things to say about this doctor's office. Dr. Scales genuinely cared about how I felt and making sure that I received the best care. I have alopecia areata that was causing embarrassing bald spots all over my head. It took time, but Dr. Scales helped me gain all my hair back. I have continued to use him as my dermatologist since then.

I'm an African American woman who has struggled with cystic acne for years! Few dermatologists know how to deal with our skin and provide treatment that can clear up acne and eliminate scaring. I'm happy to show off my smooth skin and will forever be grateful that I became a patient of Dr. Scales.
