Dr. Jeffrey Stephen Sider, MD

I've had issues with my knees for many years. After seeing 6 doctors, multiple scans and injections done, and being told I need a double knee replacement, I found myself still in pain with no relief. I live in PA and have family in NY who have been to Dr. Sider. They suggested I see him, so I did. During my first visit, he told me that my knee cap was tilted (no other dr. has mentioned this to me) and have a small tare in my meniscus. We set up an arthroscopic procedure, straightened the knee cap and repaired the meniscus. The next day I had a follow up with Dr. Sider to go over everything he did during the procedure and to see how I was doing. He took his time, explained things in detail. Jokingly I asked him to move to PA, he quickly responded no. I live 2 hours and 15 minutes with no traffic and would come to see him for any issue. He's a great diagnostician! Extremely accommodating and kind. I highly recommend him and look forward to getting the other knee done in the near future.

Seeing Dr.Sider now for almost 2 years, in that time he has performed surgery on both my shoulders after seeing MRIs, he took the time to explain everything involved, couldn't be happier, pain free and can finally sleep again, nice staff and therapy center onsite, highly recommend. Richie

I've been seeing Dr. Sider for over 10 years and he is a fantastic orthopedic Doctor and Surgeon. He is a kind and understanding person, and a very competent doctor. He is extremely professional and always takes the extra time with you to explain your condition, resolution and ongoing care. The support staff in his office is great and always very accommodating. The head Physical Therapist, Sean is outstanding and is very involved in all aspects of your ongoing treatment. This year I have gone through two meniscus tears (and surgeries), on both knees with amazing results. I highly recommend Dr. Sider and this office for any orthopedic needs.

I’m an adult female and starting 6 months ago, I had shoulder pain so severe that I could not sleep at night or even use my left arm for normal activities. My son, who was a patient of Dr. Sider, introduced me to Dr. Sider because he trusted Dr. Sider and his team. When I met Dr. Sider about my shoulder issue, he was a very professional, experienced and courteous physician. After undergoing surgery with Dr. Sider, I was able to do daily activities within only one week and my quality of sleep was great again without pain. Dr. Sider and his team followed up by having me do physical therapy at his office by his amazing physical therapist. It is now two weeks following surgery and I can lift my arm again and each day the range of motion and strength in my shoulder keeps improving. My quality of life has improved tremendously since I met Dr. Sider!

Dr. Sider and his staff have been wonderful. I went to Dr. Sider for a second opinion and decided he was the right fit for me. Dr. Sider was thorough in his examination and has taken the time to explain the steps that will follow in the recovery process. I am grateful for him and his staff making a difficult decision like surgery and recovery easier.

Dr Sider his staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in their office. Treatment was immediate and professional. I went in hobbling and came out walking!

Our family has been going to Dr Sider for over 20 years. In a time when healthcare has become a big business and Drs have had to merge into one big non personal practice, Dr Sider still stands alone. He is highly experienced and knowledgable . We appreciate the efficiency of his office manger Sammy. We recently had to be seen urgently and was provided a same day appointment. We rate Dr Sider with high respect and appreciate all he has done to help us. His Physical therapy program with Sean is an asset to his practice. I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago and recovered extremely well with his care.

Dr. Sider’s kind and compassionate bedside manner is only exceeded by his skill as a physician and surgeon. I was struggling for 7 months with pain in my shoulder that progressively worsened until I was sleeping an intermittent couple of hours at a time and struggled to put a shirt or coat on. Dr. Sider saw me the day I called for an appointment, spent time on the phone with the insurance company to get me an MRI the following day, and saw me the day after the MRI to discuss my options. I began PT in the warm atmosphere of his office and already I feel better. Scheduling surgery was extremely prompt and Dr. Sider took all the time I needed to explain everything. Thank you Dr. Sider!
