Dr. Jeffrey David Sklar, MD

I scheduled an initial appointment with the Dr. as he was listed on my insurance. I have several complex medical issues and was experiencing troubling symptoms at the time of my visit. Upon entering the office before he looked at my chart or asked about my history or issues. He immediately looked at me and prescribed a controversial high fat fad diet. I have had a heart attack and am currently on a cardiac diet. I found him to be dismissive of my previous and current health concerns. Will not be going back

New to area and Dr Sklar was very attentive to my problem. Exceptional with diagnosis. Very professional. I would certainly recommend him.

Dr Sklar is a friendly DR who listens to questions tries to answer them. He is hard to understand at times. It is easy to get an appointment but can be very difficult to keep it. If you need a morning appointment he does not come in until 10 AM and if you have an appointment after 3PM and he has a gap The office will call 9 out of 10 appointments to change your appt or cancel it if you are not able to make it. The sign on their door says they are open until 4 or 4:30 he is rarely there at that time. You may find the nurse and receptionist but that is it if you need the DR you need to be there between 10AM and 2 PM.

Dr. Sklar was attentive to my problems and saw me quickly and professionally.
