I have been a patient of Dr Smith and Nurse Jayne for over 5 years...I have always felt like I was their only patient...From undergoing surgery in their surgical suite to cosmetic injections, I have always felt valued and listened to...and as a result I definitely look better and feel better about myself...the staff at the front desk are professional and always so courteous...it is a pleasure every time I visit!!!

My breasts haven't looked this good EVER.

I have been a patient of Dr Smith for many years...from the moment I arrive and am greeted by the front desk personnel until I exit the office I feel I am in the presence and care of a warm, attentive, professional staff...I have had surgery in their surgical suite and the nurses, anesthesiologists, and of course Dr Smith assuaged my fears and I always felt safe and in good hands with excellent results.....I should add that I also have had cosmetic procedures (Botox..Fillers) by their skilled Aesthetic Nurse, with amazing results...and have referred and will continue to refer my friends and work associates to this practice...

I am compelled to write this review after reading resent review about negligent nursing staff. As a patient of Dr. Smith's I cant disagree more. Dr. Smith is very attentive, compassionate and listened to all my concerns and needs. I had my procedure in the Office Operating Room and the nursing staff was amazing. I was their only concern and they were attentive, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable about my procedure and post op care. They even spent extra time with my husband who was very nervous. I have sent many of my friends and colleagues here and they all feel the same way.

If you’re looking for quality care, drive 20 more minutes into Boston.

I love Dr. Smith and his staff they are all kind, very helpful take great care of you. Dr. Smith performed a bracheoplasty on me ( removal of arm flab). I had little pain afterwards, healing was fast and the scar can barely be seen after less then a year. The scar was placed so it is not noticeable.. what a great job. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith for cosmetic surgery, I will definitely go back to him if anything else is needed. Thank you Dr. S and all your staff

The most caring, compassionate and kind person. Dr.Smith is a skilled Plastic Surgeon and I now have a flat belly and perky breasts. I am so grateful to him and his staff for taking such great care of me. If you are looking for an amazing plastic surgeon, who actually cares for you and can transform your body, He is the one!

Would recommend Dr Smith for anyone who needs a Doctor who will listen to you...understand your concerns...and explain in detail the pros and cons of your surgery...the Nursing staff is exceptional...

As an older woman I was apprehensive about plastic surgery and put it off for many years. A friend suggested that I just go and meet Dr. Smith and his team. I spent over an hour with him and scheduled another appointment just to discuss the same procedure again. He was never rushed, gave honest answers and reviewed at length risks and benefits. I was truly impressed. I feel confident in Dr. Smith and his team!
