Dr Smith is an excellent doctor!

I saw all the excellent reviews of Dr. Smith and being new to the area and having my insurance changed, I was interested in seeing this doctor. I called and inquired about if the doctor accepted Aetna and was taking new patients, and was told yes to both. I was instructed by Rose to come in and get a new patient packet to fill out and return. I returned after a few days with the completed packet and Rose told me after my insurance was verified the office would call to schedule my first appointment. The following day, Rose called to inform me the doctor might be dropping out of the Aetna network, and they would call me in 2 weeks and let me know. The next day, Rose called again and told me that he was no longer participating in the Aetna network. Disappointing and frankly a waste of time.

I have seen Dr, Smith for at least 10 years now and he is wonderful. These days Dr's need to get as many patients in as possible since many have had their reimbursement rates reduced. (I'm a CPA for many Dr's) Dr Smith takes time to talk to you and really cares. He diagnosed my back problem in 2013 (spinal stenosis) which has been corrected. I highly recommend him. He also has nice staff.

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 6-years. He has a great bed-side manor. He also really cares about his patients. I have 6 friends who also use Dr. Smith as their primary care physician and they all rave about him. He just opened a new state of the art office that is beautiful. His office is modern and very patient friendly. His staff is very helpful. Also, there is never a long wait to see him if you have an appointment. Of course, there will be times when he will have to see an emergency case before he can take me but for the most part, the longest wait I have ever had was 10-minutes in his waiting room. Dr. Smith also can have your blood-work drawn right in his office and he will bill your insurance carrier for you. He has also saved the life of one of my closest friends with his knowledge!!!! It is a true blessing to know him. His office is totally computerized which enables him to deal with all the local pharmacies. He automatically… sends your Rx's to the pharmacy for his patients if you prefer to do so. His office manager and workers are very knowledgeable about medical insurance and if you ask them a question and they don't know the answer. They will find out the answer and get back to you. Jeffrey is the "best of the best." The perfect example of what a 21st Century Physician should be. He set the bar for excellence.

Dr. Smith makes you feel like you are the most important person in his day. He is caring and concerned. Excellent doctor who knows what he is capable of, what he does not.

While Dr. Smith seems pretty competent, his staff are not. They are hostile and uncaring. Dealing with the office staff is an exercise in frustration and futility. They make promises they don't keep, berate patients and overall are generally incompetent at their jobs.

This doctor was one of 15-20 doctors to diagnose a devastating and potentially fatal vitamin deficiency. He is wonderfully friendly, incredibly thorough, and spends the amount of time you need to address your questions. He doesn't rush you out if the room and is more knowledgeable than most doctors I've ever seen. I highly recommend Dr. Smith!

Dr. Smith is very nice and easy to talk to. Unfortunately his staff is the worst I have seen. When you call they are very condescending and have no compassion for your condition. The office manager is cruel and should not be working in the health field. She actually told me Dr. Smith has 5,000 other patients and is too busy to call me back. When I sit in the waiting room they keep the glass open and I can here the staff complaining about the patients. Very unprofessional. I have told Dr. Smith but I'm not sure he wants to believe it.
