Dr. Jeffrey Myles Sparkman, MD

I had an abscess that was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Sparkman didn't even look at it before priding cream for it. When he did come to look at it after he said it was now draining and he didn't need to lance it. I was back in the ER two days later to have the abscesses looked at again

We took my 18 month old granddaughter to the ER for elevated temp of 102.9. The only thing this Dr. Sparkman did is listen to her chest and said she has a virus. Instructed to give Tylenol and Motrin. I explained she had been pulling at her ear and he finally looked at her ears and said they were both clear. The temp continued to spike. Took her to her primary care physician (who is on staff st Baptist) and she has horrible ear infections in both ears. That ER visit was a joke. That baby suffered with pain until we finally got a correct diagnosis.. If I could give a lower rating I would. Totally uncalled for.
