Dr. Jeffrey Daniel Sperling, MD

I am sharing this review so other patients can make informed decisions. I had a high risk obstetric ultrasound at Kaiser Modesto with Dr. Jeffrey Sperling. The ultrasound lasted close to an hour and was performed by a sonographer. Dr. Sperling was in the room with us for approximately one minute and did not review images in our presence or discuss specific findings. We were told everything was fine and escorted out. When we later met with department leadership to seek clarification about the review process, we were unable to obtain clear explanations regarding physician involvement standards. This experience left us concerned about the level of review performed and about communication during high risk care. Patients deserve clear explanations, meaningful physician engagement, and confidence that their studies have been thoroughly reviewed. I would not recommend Dr. Jeffrey Sperling to any patient.
