Constantly rescheduling appts, over an hour late for my 1st appt then rushed me out because he was behind schedule. 2nd appt he literally called me into the room to tell me he had to leave before seeing me saying he had an emergency then left (after I drove an hour to the west side and only a few days out the hospital from 2 back surgeries). His staff acts as if they do not want to be there and have attitudes, I was rescheduled again today for an appt I've been waiting over a month for this is the 2nd time it was rescheduled for the same appt. Also on the 2nd appt dr spier stated he would give me a call to tell me my results later that day. End of the day was near so I called and spoke to his staff, i had to call, they had attitude and weren't of much help at all. No one has his number apparently to ask him to give me a call like he promised. The next day I called again to check and again the same thing, issues with the staff and failure to reach the dr for the results also I filed a… complaint with the manager. The 3rd day I finally hear from him. He is not reliable at all and scheduled appts 6 weeks apart for labs and other tests that they had same day results for is unacceptable. Only available on the east side of town 2 days out the month and then everytime it's time to go to the east side location he is conveniently out of town sending texts to call to reschedule. WHY I have already waited a month?

Dr Spier is an excellent physician. His knowledge and care are obvious to see. I spend less time in his waiting room than in any other doctor's office. His staff is always friendly and helpful.

He took a look at my lab results and gave me my options for a kidney stone I had. I would recommend him to anyone else with the same issues.

From compassionate to dirty looks in a matter of 2 weeks. Biopsied my bladder ,made nurse practitioner give me the results. Didn't have the decency to it himself. All changed in just weeks. I have interstitial cystitis needed medication. Refused to listen,no empathy. Typical el paso doctor.Couldn't make it somewhere else ends up here
