Dr. Jeffrey Mark Steinberg, MD

At the fertility institutes, we saw Dr. Steinberg. I inquired online because it was the first fertility center that came up in the Riverside area. We previously did one attempt at IUI, but without success at another doctors office. Our first attempt at IVF was successful here. :)

Dr. Steinberg was very knowledgable and made us feel comfortable on our fertility journey! We would recommend going to him

We went in for a consultation and will most likely do a cycle of IVF. It has thus far been a pleasant experience.

I'm happy to announce that my wife and I are expecting our first child after our first cycle of IVF. Dr. Steinberg's team was very hands-on and helped up through our experience. Thanks to him and the rest of his team.

Very moody doctor, short tempered. Treatments are very complicated and expensive my husband and I had a lot of questions. He left it up to an assistant to answer the questions. Waited over an hour to see him. Luckily in the waiting roomAnother patient had given us a name of another fertility doctor that they were about to go to in the same area. Such a difference in our doctor now Caring calls us with our results takes his time with us. His attitude is sincere and really wants to hear how we’re doing and if we have any questions. And his office staff made us feel like we were important to them. I am now eight weeks pregnantAnd couldn’t be happier.

Talking about unethical!!! All the spiders of Steins web including his under educated nurse that can’t spell or speak. Even the medical records personnel are rude and distasteful. Their financial person Nilo finally left....Hmmmm I wonder why???? Money hungry, that’s why. Before you know it you’ll be begging on the streets. Stay away from these people. Red flashing light warning. Stay away, run, run. ??????

He never did take the time to speak with me about the treatment plan. We ran so far from this Clinic. There are so many wonderful caring good doctor to go to ! Stay away!!

Let me say if there was a negative rating I would give him one. It’s amazing how money hungry practices pray on vulnerable people to the point where they are blindsided. Dr Steinberg is by far the worst individual I have ever met. His practice/ followers are the worst individuals I have ever met. All the negative reviews on here are very true so please take heed to what is being said. He has the worst bed side manor, unempathic, selfish, uncaring person I have ever met. They do not care about you or your infertility problems. They only care about your credit number and how many times you let them swipe it. It’s very easy for them to say,” sorry it didn’t work let’s try it again. Can we swipe again?” Ana, their so called nurse is so insulting and rude. She pretends to actually know what she’s talking about. She doesn’t even proof read her emails before sending them out. If you are contemplating IVF please use a fertility clinic with compassion. Your body/hormones are changing and… these are the last people you want to deal with. Every time I think about how we suffered by the hands of Steinberg and his staff I feel nauseous. The fact that any physician would take an oath and allow his patients to be treated that way is appalling. This was my experience in short, I hope this helps.

I’ve read all the reviews, wish we did before we went to this horrible clinic. The staff is an extension of the Crook “Steinberg”. They are uncaring, rude and beyond pushy. The reason is they get money upfront and you are a number(if that) they have no heart no ethical practice. Niloo the finance “collector” is the most in professional person I’ve every dealt with. This is supposed to be a wonderful journey growing your family instead it’s a nightmare with daily calls and emails wanting that “Credit Card” again. What’s even worse is they know it but don’t care. Ana the nurse posted a fake 5 star for the office guess hoping to balance out all the horror stories. She signed it at the bottom Robyn but a guess she forget the pic and register of her in the site. He lives in Calabasas and Drives a Bentley while he prays on victims desprite to have a child. A Crook is an understatement. DO NOT GO THERE WE LOST 20k and no child. There are plenty of better qualified people with staffs that… care.
