Dr Stewart takes time to hear my concerns and takes my health seriously.

Doctor Stewart has been my personal primary physician for almost 30 years now. I've stayed with him at times that I've moved further away, I've stayed with him when I had insurance where it would have been much cheaper to use one of the physicians in their preferred system, and I would probably stay with him if I moved out of state, as long as I could make it there by car. A really great physician that you can trust, and that really knows what they are doing, and that actually does care about you as a human being, is just way too rare to leave. Having health issues can be a scary thing, especially when you are working with a physician that acts like a robot, and treats you like you are only number 5 of 18 patients for that day. Sometimes, I can be a bit of a hypochondriac, and make an appointment for something that maybe I really didn't need to, or ask a question that really isn't particularly relevant or intelligent, but he always takes me seriously and looks me right in the… eyes.....and listens! He has never talked down to me or blown me off or belittled me, like pretty much every other doctor I've ever worked with has at one time or another. He always keeps me updated, always does exactly what he told me he was going to do, and somehow seems to remember almost every single little detail that we talked about on my last few visits, even if they are things that weren't medically related. It really is like having a good family friend, that just happens to be a doctor. I'm pretty sure that they stopped making that type of doctor quite awhile back. At least that's been my experience, and I guarantee you that I have been to more doctors than 99.5% of the people that read this review. I would estimate that I've dealt with possibly 300 to 400 doctors in my almost 60 years, especially in the past decade. So, I definitely know the difference between a bad one, a good one, and a great one. Doctor Stewart is a rare great one. And I won't dare forget the staff. They do just about everything, right there in-house. From the physician's assistants, to the nurses, the ladies in the lab, the ladies that work the intake counter, and everyone else, they are all fantastic. Even the billing people are great. How often do you hear that one? Anyway, I do, of course, have to go to specialists and things like that from time to time, that's just the way it works. But, I always have Doc Stewart to go to whenever I'm not sure about one, or not comfortable with one, or their diagnosis. If he isn't 100 percent sure about what I'm asking, he will definitely find out. So, I never feel alone out there in the huge and very confusing world of the medical field. I've been with Doc Stewart, like I said, for around 30 years. And if I live another 30 years, God willing, I will still be with him. Well, unless he retires on me. If so, I know that he would only refer me to a great doctor that he would actually go to himself. Or, I might just stop going to the doctor altogether. Well, probably couldn't do that, but you get the point. Great doctor, great man. That's my official review, from my own extensive experience.

Fast efficient and a nice guy

Seen Dr Stewart for a pre-op visit for a surgery and he was very nice and efficient. The lab tech was also really nice and quick. No issues at all.

Part 1 of my physical today they were quick and efficient getting my in for vitals & Labs. The lab techs are AMAZING with that blood draw!!! ( Let’s face it, Nobody likes to do THAT stick!) I felt the tiniest sting but honestly, the mosquitos around here bite worse!!! THANKS for being AWESOME!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Stewart for over 20 years and he has been kind and caring since I've known him. He has helped me time and time again. I trust him with my life. He is a good man!
