The check out girl ask you if you work anymore then try's to throw a guilt trip on you for taking an early appointment. I should feel bad for taking appointments from workers. She calls you and tells you the Dr. only has 5 to 10 minutes with each patient then it gets in to the Doc's time. Then when I call to cancel my appointment and get my records she said they do not give the records to patient when I find a Dentist I am to call them and give their office the Dr's Email address then they will contact each other. Once when I had it changed from my husbands name as payee because we do not have insurance They put Mr. instead of Mrs. or just my name. I asked her about it or to change it. she just mumbled it continued than I called the office and luckily talked to another girl and she took care of it. So I am done. In MY opinion I do not need this. I do not want any contact with her again.
