Dr. Jeffrey Lynn Tapley, MD

I am so sad that Dr Tapley is leaving Alabama! I do not think there is another doctor that matches him. I had a very complicated eye, and he performed surgery (DMEK transplant and cataract) flawless. I had my other eye done by another doctor in town years ago, and had a bad experience so I was skepitcal to get this eye done. But Dr Tapley is a wonderful surgeon and an even more wonderful person. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Tapley cared for my mom and gave her sight back after cataract surgery. I liked that he did not rush her to surgery but waited until she was ready. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr tapley diagnosed me with fuchs dystrophy in my eyes. He did my cataract and demek transplant surgery. I see amazing and am very thankful for him.

I saw Dr Tapley in the Callahan emergency room a few months ago. After having vision problems over the previous month, I had been to two different eye doctors with no help. Within 5 minutes of seeing me, he diagnosed me with optic neuritis, started my treatment regimen, and ensured I had all the appropriate follow up arranged near my hometown as I lived a few hours away. Very knowledgeable, decisive, and helpful. My vision is back to normal and I owe it all to him. Can't thank him enough
